Checking form – improving movement

Back workout today at The Hub Gym, Portishead.

Always good sometimes to photograph or video yourself, gives you the opportunity to take a check on your form. Visually see what u can improve in your form and movement. I can see quite a bit I need to work on from these pics, firstly needing to relax my shoulders, notice my shoulders are not aligned either, think of your goals and what you wanting to achieve from your workout. 😊.

20 kettle bell swings
10 burpes
Rest 60 seconds
Do as many as you can in 15 mins.
