Do you struggle with pain in the back of your thigh? Either behind your knee, in the muscle belly or near to your buttocks?⠀

You may of noticed it is difficult to fully straighten your knee without pain, you can’t take large steps or walk quickly or running, maybe there is pain with climbing stairs. ⠀

If you have any of these symptoms form mild to severe, I can help you, through assessment and treatment I will help you feel better, decrease the pain and improve range of movement.⠀

If there are weakness and imbalances I will work with through specific exercises to build strength back, regain stability and get you back to your sport as quickly and as safely as possible.
